Skatepark Information |

The Park Owned and operated by Rob Mutert, WARP Skatepark is a 10,000 square foot facility in Lake In The Hills, IL. It features stair sets, rails, ramps, quarter pipes, a mini and micro ramp. Built by Steve (The Bev) Eder, the park is always changing and evolving. Events Our monthly skate competition SHREDFEST is held every third Friday of the month at 7 p.m. Beginner, Intermediate and Expert level contests are run each month. $15 contest fee. The MB Skate Team In the past 5 years, the MB/WARP Skateboarding Team has swept contests across the Midwest with its talent and skills. This year, the MB Skate Team won 1st Place at TOP SHOP, ranking us the top team in the nation. At every contest we go to, the MB/WARP Team makes a major impact, with our riders placing in the top 5 at almost every contest. Training WARP Skatepark offers skateboard lessons three times a week and ongoing training opportunities for its team members and crew. Beginner Lessons are offered Saturday mornings, with drop in lessons offered after school on Mondays and Wednesdays. Three week-long summer skate clinics are held during the summer months. This summer, off-site MB/WARP skate clinics will also be held these park districts throughout the state: Bartlett, Lisle, South Elgin, Huntley, Geneva, Mt. Prospect, Cary and Hickory Hills. The MB Board Shop MB Board Shop offers a complete line hard goods, boards, trucks and wheels, along with helmets and shoes. Our line of WARP Gear, including T-shirts, Hoodies, and beanies is only available at MB Board Shop. |
